Project Highlights:

Interplan has been working with 500 New Jersey Avenue property management for several years, to assist them with various renovations within this headquarters facility in Washington, DC. Recently we renovated the garage to implement new building graphics and signage. Large-scale graphics were custom-designed by Interplan. Included in the renovation were car service amenities and bike storage.

The entire renovation was successfully completed in a short twelve (12) week time frame. The refresh of the garage included new parking deck topcoat. New lighting makes the garage levels brighter and safer. Garage levels are defined by “color”, including colored film at elevator lobby storefront, making them easy to find and inviting.
