Project Highlights:

AOTA approached the renovation of their existing corporate spaces not only as a means to renew and refresh their work environment, but to create a design solution that could speak to their organization’s vision for healthy work environments, to improve productivity and quality of life.

AOTA’s commitment to standardized work spaces and the importance of natural daylighting as a shared commodity were the catalyst for creating open and transparent work spaces. The generous use of glass walls breaks down hierarchal and visual barriers throughout the space.

The transmission of daylight throughout the floors became a guiding principal of the design. No matter where you are on the floor, you can see daylight.

The ultimate enjoyment of daylight occurs in the Penthouse breakroom, accessed directly from the 11th floor. This rooftop room has become a favorite spot for many of the staff, accommodating a variety of groups & occasions.
