What We Do

Interplan partnered with CCI Health Services to design their new 48,000 SF facility in Prince George’s County, Maryland. As the largest healthcare center in the area, it provides essential care to uninsured and underinsured residents, addressing critical healthcare needs across all stages of life. The renovation involved a complete interior demolition to create a comprehensive healthcare center that includes pediatrics, primary care, OB/GYN, ophthalmology, dental care, residency training, and administrative services—all under one roof.

Key features include dedicated exam rooms, operatories, and labs for primary care, pediatrics, OB/GYN, and ophthalmology. The facility also offers a 7,000 SF dental department, a 1,200 SF on-site pharmacy, and a 10,000 SF residency training area. Staff well-being is prioritized with two large breakrooms, collaborative work pods, and a 400-person training room. A backup generator ensures uninterrupted operations, reinforcing the facility's role as a community safety net. This project exemplifies our commitment to creating spaces that meet today’s needs while fostering healthier, more equitable communities for the future. The CCI Health Services renovation is more than a project—it is a testament to what’s possible when architecture and purpose come together.
