Project Highlights
As part of a larger company-wide revitalization agenda, the Bethesda office of Jones Lang LaSalle recently relocated to the new Pike and Rose development in North Bethesda. The Bethesda office led this initiative and became the template for other area projects in the Baltimore and Washington markets.
Interplan worked closely with the JLL team to create an open and transparent work environment to reinforce the Jones Lang LaSalle brand. This office showcases various dynamic elements including textured walls, elegantly expansive porcelain tile floors and bold red lacquered paneling, a signature element among the companies corporate brand. Neutral background finishes allow these design features to control the environment without being overwhelming. The dark carpet stands out from the white walls and grey exposed ceiling, and offers contrast to the warm walnut furniture, polished white marble panels and sleek lighting fixtures.
Adjoining the wide open reception area, the spacious pantry and a technology collaboration zone can be quietly and independently isolated for intimate gatherings. More openness is evident in the continuous glass front offices and work stations with low partitions allowing ample visual access to natural daylight for everyone.
