Interplan collaborated with Luminis Health to bring their mission of enhancing community health to life by transforming an existing 16,000 SF office space into a state-of-the-art medical facility. Serving 1.8 million people in Anne Arundel and Prince George’s Counties, Luminis Health's expansive care network now includes this revitalized medical office, designed to support clinical and administrative functions seamlessly.

The renovated space features a thoughtfully designed program encompassing primary care, cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, and administrative departments. Highlights of the facility include a large training room, a spacious breakroom, two lab areas, specialized spaces for nuclear imaging and echocardiograms, multiple exam rooms, private offices, medical assistant stations, and several single-use restrooms. This comprehensive design ensures an efficient, patient-centered environment that advances Luminis Health’s vision of living healthier together.
