What We Do

Nathan Associates, Inc., a consulting and economic analysis firm formerly located in Arlington, used their move to Rosslyn to implement a consolidation of their headquarters into 20,000 square feet of prime office space overlooking the Potomac River with a commanding view of Washington and its surrounding greenery.

The new office design fills the 14th and 15th floors at 1777 North Kent Street. Full glass fronts at all perimeter and interior offices allow daylight views to all staff. Rich wood veneer panels and glass railings accentuate the interconnecting stairwell that leads from reception to the large conference room on the upper level. The 14th floor has centrally located workstations which incorporate built-in guest seating to encourage staff interaction. Intimate meeting rooms, casual seating groups and the lunchroom take advantage of the angled corners of the octagonal floor plate.

The 15th floor boasts 12 foot high ceilings which are heighten by the colorful, curving forms above the central stairwell. The minimal color palette strengthens the firms brand while providing accents within the neutral framework. ‘Lines’ worked directly with Nathan to select and procure the workstation and office furniture for the entire project.
