What We Do

Interplan was engaged by Neighborhood Health, a primary healthcare provider, to renovate their headquarters office building in Alexandria, Virginia. Occupying the entire 4-story building, with a basement, the project encompassed approximately 10,000 square feet across multiple floors, modernizing key healthcare services and administrative spaces.

The renovation included enhancements to the dental suite on Level 3, expanding the number of operatories and updating the waiting room and elevator lobby. Level 2 saw a complete transformation to house new OB/GYN and ophthalmology suites, along with administrative offices and a large conference center capable of seating 50+ people for major meetings and presentations. The ground level features a new secure pharmacy and restroom, plus a refreshed exterior entry and awning adorned with Neighborhood Health's logo. The pharmacy renovation required coordination and approval from Virginia’s pharmacy board to ensure compliance with state regulations.
