Interplan was able to capture the design “vision” of technology leader Neustar’s 92,000 SF headquarters. The building interior was designed with distinct personal work spaces allowing the private offices and work station areas to give Neustar flexibility for expansion and future growth. The consistent use of clear glass partitions for private offices and conference rooms allow natural light to flow through the facility. This in turn, allows users multiple vistas from virtually anywhere in the building.
The strategic placement of different size conference rooms and meeting areas promote staff gathering and communication. Opportunities for casual interaction and spontaneous teaming were employed to open areas. Conference room features include the latest in high definition video and internet media technology. The executive conference room partition is a retractable feature that opens to a reception lounge space (suitable for large gatherings) or a private and acoustically sound meeting environment.
