Project Highlights
Potomac Physician Associates (PPA) is a patient-centered care practice specializing in internal medicine, family medicine and preventive care. In the last ten years, Interplan has designed locations for Potomac Physician Associates in Bethesda, Germantown, and Chevy Chase, Maryland.
The latest location in Chevy Chase is a full floor build-out comprised of approximately 11,000 square feet of exam rooms, offices, lab and other support areas. The plan contains four central medical assistance pods flanked by exam rooms to promote patient focus and visibility of the staff. PPA’s corporate offices are housed within the floor but designed to be isolated from patients. Green and wood accents are incorporated throughout the design to reflect PPA’s branding and to bring the feel of nature into the space.
