Housed in a former liquor warehouse in Northeast DC is the William E. Doar Public Charter School for the Performing Arts. The interior palette of colors reflects the vibrancy of the school’s curriculum, and enhances the learning experience.
Both the interior corridors and multi-purpose performance room have high open ceilings and specialty, “theatrical” lighting.
The second phase of the project, currently under design, will add classrooms for the high school students as well as future theatre performance space.
